Thank you so VERY much for your kindness and understanding extended to my granddaughter, Mrs. Amberly Barrera, in the care of her mother’s needs, Mrs. Luana Krizman upon Mrs. Krizman’s death last December, Amberly told me how gentle and patient you were and how very much she appreciated your help and patience in regard to the costs involved. You were also so gentle and kind during our brief conversation.

Dear Mr. Estephan,

I wanted to thank you for your kindness and especially your care in guiding us through the disposition arrangements for my sister, Rebecca. I am grateful to you for the time you spent with my father via long distance calls and faxes. I was unable at that time to explain all the paperwork required, let alone the process. We had no problem at the airport going through security with her cremated remains. I merely told them I had the necessary paperwork and they moved us through.
